Venn Skincare has announced the company has filed an international patent for its solubilization technology — and will use the technology for the water solubilization of Ginsenoside Compound K, which is a first in skincare. 

Ginsenoside Compound K is one of main bioactive components of ginseng that is obtained from bio-conversion of ginseng saponin using microorganism fermentation.

Venn Skincare debuted last year. The company develops effective skincare formulas with advanced technology and “powerhouse ingredients,” based on over 20 years of research.

Venn is able to use its solubilization technology to dissolve Compound K into a water-solubilized mixture containing high concentrations of Compound K, and thereby create skincare formulas with Compound K as a key ingredient that can be effectively absorbed by skin and deliver powerful, anti-aging benefits to skin.
